Nancy D. Storino-Farney has over 30-years of experience in selling area real estate. During the first 10 years of her career, she was top producer, working at two local national real estate franchise offices. She opened her own business in its present location 1987, 24 years ago. Her customers and clients can always reach her easily and be assured of a quick, helpful response.

Nancy is one of the very few realtors to still offer her home phone number for business calls daily from 8:00 am on, seven days a week. She is known for her enthusiasm and high energy level. She works full time - (and then some) at her profession! Anyone who knows her, knows she is the hardest working realtor in town - working seven days a week. She loves what she does and it shows!

Nancy is a member of the Jefferson-Lewis Board of Realtors, the New York State Board of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors. She attended Utica College and Syracuse University enrolled in a Liberal Arts Program. She completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) I, II, and III at Ithica College, where she was president, vice president, and secretary of Theta Phi Omega Sorority. She has earned Certified Buyer Representative accreditation. She is a former president, 1st vice president and 2nd vice president of the Jefferson-Lewis Board of Realtors, and chaired the RPAC commitee, over the years, has served on many of their committees. Nancy also earned a designation of one of the top 20 local licensed real estate professionals in the Jeff-Lewis Board of Realtors with a membership of 380.

In her personal life, she was the president and vice president of the Kinckerbocker PTO. She is a member of St. Patrick's Church, the Noon Rotary Club, and the Greater Watertown Chamber of Commerce and Jefferson County Historical Society. For several years, she has been active in the Festival of Trees and won Best Children's Theme honors in both 2005 and 2006. She contributes to the Zoo-To-Do Silent Auction and the Bald Eagle Aviary Club. Nancy is also a member of the Black RIver Valley Club, andcontinually supports the Newport, Rhode Island Preservation Society, St. Jude's Hospital, Disabled American Veterans, and numerous other charities. One of her favorite charities, she recently purchased a shallow well that was installed December 16th, 2008 in the village of Bigha located in malowi which provides clean water for 200 people. Nancy is also part of the NYS Tri-County Chaper of Women's Council of Realtors and a member of the American University Women's Association.

For the past 23 years, Nancy's office has sold between $8 - $10 million annually. That equates to thousands of homes sold throughout Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties. Currently, her office has Kathryn Rowell, NYS Licensed Associate Broker and office manager. Nancy also has one full-time personal assistant with one new agent and one former agent in the wings. She has extensively trained her staff in order to provide knowledgeable and accurate information throughout all transactions. Together, the well trained staff works proficiently to maintain a reputation of excellence in the local real estate market and the community.
